Those Who Go Missing A common misconception is that missing person cases
are crimes and are a result of criminal activity. However, going
missing is not a crime. Many missing persons are found alive and their
absence has nothing to do with criminal activity. Although there are
laws in place requiring the reporting of missing children, there are no
federal laws that require reporting and investigation into missing
adults, specifically individuals over the age of 21. Adults have the
right to choose to leave their established community without reporting
that they are leaving. 327 It is important to note that a person may go
missing intentionally or unintentionally. Someone experiencing problems
at home (e.g., domestic violence) or in their life (e.g., financial
issues) may choose to leave intentionally. They may want to escape the
situation and start over somewhere else without notifying anyone. In a
few cases, missing persons have voluntarily entered into a witness
protection program. Unfortunately, there have also been cases where the
missing person intentionally left with the purpose of committing
suicide. Regardless, the right to go missing was established from a 1995

which upheld the First Amendment right of “freedom of the press” by
supporting the right of an individual to remain anonymous when writing.
This concept of anonymity has been extended to those adults who prefer

URGENCY of a matter that has been completely ignored to a fault. This is
not a personal problem of a family member. My family can not take it
seriously. It is my mother at the role that keeps this from being

STOP SYSTEMATIC GANG STALKING IN THE UNITED STATES
United States Veteran started this petition to President Joseph R. Biden and
Gang
Stalking aka Systematic Community Based Harassment Campaigns and
numerous forms of illegal covert harassment techniques is a serious
national security issue; often targeting minority groups, women,
children, active duty & veterans, senior citizens, single parents,
higher education students, graduates, and strategic members of
society. The 'Illegal Targeting Program' meets the United States
Code 18 us code 2331 for domestic terrorism.
The
objective of these predatory, cruel, humiliating, degrading, and
disrespectful, criminal campaigns is kept from victims as they are
actively misdirected. However, it is about control, in order to do
that, they need to break you down physically, emotionally, financially,
socially and this is where the targeting comes in. Illegal
tactics, deception, trickery, bullying, psychological coercion and
reprisal escalate to violent extreme levels to push victims into
homelessness, trafficking, privatized prisons, and mental institutions
(HHS) or cause victims to attempt to escape through suicide. Entrapment,
coercion, malicious slander, and other overbearing carefully crafted,
and executed tactics are used to bring harm to targeted individuals.
Targeted victims are driven into isolation from social
activities, are systematically discredited, blacklisted, relationships
and careers are decimated, their standing in the community is destroyed,
and financial resources are depleted, leaving victims without the
resources or the capacity to fight the criminals. Children of the
targeted are also gang stalked and systematically isolated from other
children. Bullied in public places. Slandered and terrorized in
school. Children are kidnapped, killed in reported Satanic (Canaan
BAAL) rituals, or placed in the underground trillion-dollar economy
called trafficking. Good officials have a challenging time putting
an end to this serious national security issue as the gang involves an
exceptionally large number of participants and the nature of the crimes
utilizes sophisticated technology, and psychological techniques, to
include the utilization of social media platforms (e.g. Whatsapp,
Youtube), so it is best to gather as much evidence as possible to help
authorities to prosecute these criminals. As more Americans are impacted
by domestic terrorism aka gangstalking - the economy and democracy are negatively impacted.
Organized gangstalking,
aka domestic terrorism, is a serious crime that infringes on numerous
Constitutional laws, codes as well as basic human rights. Interstate
communications, stalking, and harassing telephone calls violate 18 U.S.
Code § 1961; Organized Crime Control Act of 1980. (RICO) and numerous
state laws concerning stalking & harassment. Public
surveillance, violation of privacy, bullying, mobbing, harassment,
intimidation, domestic civil disturbances, blacklisting, loss of
job/resources, denying benefits, intimidation, harassment, making
threats, isolating, ostracizing, mocking, falsely accusing,
gaslighting, lies, manipulation, credibility, community standing,
freedom, lives are taken, lost, and destroyed.
The information
below is intended to describe what targeted Individuals are forced to
endure and to assist people viewing this petition to put into context
the devastating impact these domestic terrorist acts have on victims'
lives.
Gangstalking
a German word for "decomposition", "disruption", and "deconstruction" -
is a psychological war tactic used to discredit and disable advocates,
whistleblowers, or perceived threats. The techniques are reportedly used
by numerous terrorist criminal organizations, extremist religious
groups, white supremacy, occult ritual-related violence, old Money, RICO
corporations, bad first responders, serial stalkers, hospitals (violate
code of ethics, falsify medical records, violate HIPPA laws), company
workers: mail carrier theft, utility company water poisoning, broadcast
herding, cable, internet, phone company surveillance & unlawful
interference, black hat hackers, cybercriminals aka gang stalkers tamper
with bank accounts, mess with email, identity stolen and sold on the
dark web, oath breakers e.g. CointelPro, CM NLW technologies mess with
your vehicle performance, abusing surveillance, algorithms,
thermoelastic pressure wave, direct energy weapons, enhanced radiation
weapons, employing weaponized electromagnetic pulse radiation
technologies, sonic frequency and other covert harassment technology,
neurotechnology devices and other inhuman measures against innocent
American and world citizens. Illegal unethical human experimentation
violates the principles of medical ethics and the use of radio frequency
(RF) and microwave technologies on US citizens are widespread.
Microwaves, infrasound, and other technology allow them to say you died
of 'natural death' (e.g. cancer). The techniques are well known,
well documented, established, and effective. Techniques have been
used to great effect in warfare and have been reported by former
civilian informants, members, and are well known by the media, at all
levels, in all sectors; however, nothing has been done to correct a
serious national security issue impacting Americans and world.
Due
to a lack of regulation and enforcement; it continues to influence how
the United States operates; which negatively impacts the lives of the
people. Ultimately the introduction of new laws is necessary to
protect Americans from this "perfect crime".

Harassment techniques are to include:
-
Surveillance aka criminal harassment: vehicles go to, park at, targets
residence, block driveway to threaten, harass, coerce as well as notify
other gangstalkers of targets location to participate in noxious
behavior, followed, electronic surveillance, computer, phone hacking,
monitoring all online activities, bugging of home. Gangstalkers
participate in illegal dumpster diving; searching through the targets
trash for private/senstive information.

Profiles are built to identify all weaknesses and insecurities to be
used later. Information is often obtained through sexual partners or
trusted people in their lives.
- Conditioning is where victims are
sensitized to certain stimuli such as everywhere you go someone will
cough as they walk past you. The goal is to make you self-police and
then think anyone who coughs participates in the harassment. People
report conditioning to include burping loudly in close contact, hand
gestures, overt use of color in people's clothing (like everyone you see
wearing red), red cars or a certain color, or with headlights on (also
known as brightening).
- Anchoring where someone will provide false
rationales for the harassment. Often many rationales are planted to keep
the victim confused and the focus of the harassment cycles from one
probable reason to another round and round so as to keep the victim
guessing in a self-perpetuating guessing game where every scenario you
are to blame and causes self-doubt, fear, intimidation, and ultimately a
cycle of destructive thoughts.
- Street theatre where a group will
"perform" an overt activity like a fake confrontation or scenarios
designed to evaluate your reactions. Often takes the form of a couple
who position themselves near you and then have a conversation using many
of your conditioned words or pertaining to your particular situation
and sensitivities.
- The use of directional speakers which have the
ability to direct sound to a single individual in a crowded room. This
particular item is ultimately the most used and is often referred to as
V2K or Voice to Skull and is used extensively in the psychological
breakdown of the victim. The use initially is to cause the victim to
doubt their sanity and drive them into the mental health system, and
later to just torment and never give the victim a moment of privacy or
peace. If they do enter the mental health system, then harassment
escalates dramatically as the victim has now been "discredited" and can
be labeled as someone with a mental problem if they do speak out about
the harassment.
-Electronic harassment or remote manipulation
techniques can affect targets in many different and similar ways and
cause anomalous health incidents. Reported symptoms experienced from
electronic harassment: burning sensations on the skin, from heating
induced in tissue, ‘waves’ in the ear and results in clicks and other
sounds, rashes, blisters, headaches, vertigo, fatigue, nerve damage,
diarrhea, pain in internal organs (e.g. gastrointestinal, kidney, liver,
heart etc). Feeling pin pricks on various parts of your body. Extreme
head pains - migraines, hair loss. Pain throughout body - Fibromyalgia.
Difficulty sleeping. The use can affect your eyesight and balance which
was originally developed for the military and police crowd control
called "dazzling" and has the ability to make you vomit.
- Sound
campaigns which is a community harassment technique where abnormal
levels of sound are directed at the victim and their home. This includes
cars deliberately breaking or accelerating when they pass, people
talking excessively loudly at all hours of the night, amplification of
sound using directional speakers so that external sounds that previously
couldn't be heard now can, garbage trucks and other heavy vehicles, and
countless other deliberate tactics
- Sleep deprivation - this is
perhaps one of the most insidious tactics used where victims are woken
multiple times a night and can be kept awake for days at a time. The
effects are dramatic and completely debilitating affecting
concentration, mood, irritability, and appearance, significantly impact
all areas of their life - job performance, and relationships, and
significantly aid in discrediting the victim as they appear unorganized,
disheveled, and sleeping patterns alter so they may sleep during the
day (where noise campaigns are more effective) and be awake at night
(where they can be painted as the one making noise and being a
disruptive member of the community).
- Baiting or entrapment where
victims are harassed to the point that they lash out and commit a crime
such as assault, break and enter, or vandalism, as they try and locate
the source of the harassment. Harassers will actively try to provoke
verbal and physical confrontations, especially after a period of sleep
deprivation. Or they are prompted into an activity that can then be used
as leverage such as affairs, sexuality, drug use, or other criminal
activity.
- Gaslighting is a form of psychological abuse where
someone will actively try undermining victims and make them doubt
themselves so that they lose all self-confidence and self-esteem and are
therefore easier to manipulate and push toward the mental health
pathway. It can be as simple as being told something which they then
deny, then telling them how silly they are for thinking they said it and
turning the lie around into an attack on the person. It can be
incredibly effective coming from a trusted person before the victim
understands what is happening to them.
- Black bag jobs is a term
when a harasser breaks into a victim's property and places something or
deliberately moves something. The purpose is to cause self-doubt, and
fear that their property is being accessed which harassers try to then
sell as paranoia.
- Propaganda and disinformation is also the other
key element to suppressing knowledge of this practice as its
effectiveness initially require the victim to be unaware of the
existence of hate stalking, cybergangs, gaslighting, or the portable
electronic technology such as directional speakers so massive amounts of
time are devoted online to creating disinformation sites which attempt
to discredit victims by pushing the mental health agenda. They achieve
this by posing as victims and actively trying to sound crazy so that all
victims are being treated as such. Also, by creating websites claiming
to help victims and being a resource for victims to come together and
then harass them to the extent that they lose hope and no longer reach
out for help causing further isolation.
- Further to the above, gang
stalkers rely on disbelief and discrediting, and as such much of the
harassment is designed (at least initially) to mimic mental health
issues. The terrorists rely on their abuse being so extreme, so
pervasive, so fundamentally immoral, as to be disbelieved and victims
subsequently resort to photographing, videotaping, and sound recording
their everyday encounters to disprove the countless unfounded claims
made against them - especially in relation to gaslighting and mobbing
which gang stalkers try to turn around and paint the victims as paranoid
or irrational (e.g. Havana syndrome). Victims are made to feel helpless
as every attempt to defend themselves is used against them and when
they seek help they are met with disbelief or open community hostility.
Gang
stalking involves everyone doing their part as one organization, and
there is nothing good, nor noble when you know corruption is infecting
system operations, not protecting Americans, and destroying democracy.
When there is a lack of ethics, abuse of resources, and enslavement that
hinders innocent people's lives; that is a problem. Gang stalking
is a serious domestic threat. To prevent total anarchy, there must be
checks and balances - everywhere; as well as laws put in place to stop
this very serious domestic terrorism issue.

Morally speaking and legally speaking, she does have responsibilities here under this roof of this house. Morally

city have responsibilities they can not just brush off here in this

Emotions
are very mysterious; every person reacts differently, even when it’s
the same situation. One such emotion is invalidation — well, it is not
as simple as it seems, but it’s important to remember that it can have a
detrimental impact on those it is used against.
You might
have come across people, who are almost always dismissive of
everything. Such people are ignorant, and having a relationship with
them can be mentally daunting.
At times, these people are also
known to be really very toxic for your personal growth. But it is more
important that you understand the signs of invalidation, so that you can
deal better with the situation.
Firstly, you must understand what invalidation is.
Psychological
invalidation is a term that is used to describe the act of belittling a
person and making them feel less important. Sometimes, it can be
regarded as a form of emotional abuse that does not take into
consideration what the other person feels, thinks or experiences.

we need to understand not all kinds of invalidation are dreadful.
That’s because there is a possibility that the other person might be
overreacting to a situation.
Also, invalidators are of different kinds:
Inattentive
invalidator: The most common one, when someone ignores you completely.
Judgmental invalidation: This is a case in which people judge you all
the time. Controlling invalidation: Where your actions are controlled by
someone else.Belligerent invalidators: Who refuse to listen to your
side of the story.
Here’s why invalidation happen
Most of the time, a person does not even realise that
they are invalidating others, and justifies it as constructive
feedback. A person who invalidates others does not have the
ability to express his/ her emotions in a rational manner, and uses
power and force instead. It has been observed that a person who
validates others has also been a victim of invalidation.

“Most
commonly, children who experience invalidation from their parents are
known to invalidate others, when they grow up,” says Dr Sonal Anand,
psychiatrist, Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai .
Here are five subtle signs that suggest someone is invalidating you
1.
You feel uncomfortable and scared about sharing your views with the
person, who you feel is invalidating you. Eventually, this can lead to a
major rift and it is very hard for a relationship like this to
flourish.
2.
You have a general sense of low self-esteem, which impacts various
other aspects of your life. “You feel scared instead of nervous, before
taking up anything challenging. That’s because your confidence is at an
all time low,” suggests Dr Anand.
3. You feel dejected and low, and are unable to focus. This can also hamper your creativity.
4. You are fearful of expressing new ideas or even forming new relationships, due to low self-confidence.
5. You observe changes in appetite, either by way of binge-eating or anorexia.
“It
could also cause increased depression or anxiety, if you were already
going through some mental health issues,” advises Dr Anand.

Here are some tips recommended by Dr Anand to deal the situation
“Don’t
get emotionally overwhelmed. Instead, try to get a grip over yourself
and your situation. It is important to be affirmative sometimes. Try to
explain your point of view and how you look at the situation. If
invalidation continues it is time to re-evaluate the relationship.
Professional counseling can help in dealing with low self-esteem and
conflict clearing,” suggests Dr Anand.
Another thing you should always remember is that if you are being let down by somebody who is invalidating you time and again, don’t feel guilty about it. You yourself should validate your feelings, so that others get a message that you’re emotional.
